Organizer’s description

I am looking forward to hosting our next gathering at my place in Sutton, where we are going to spend the afternoon focusing on the art of stretching fresh mozzarella. Making mozzarella from scratch is one of those skills that seems intimidating until you actually get your hands in the warm curd, so this session is all about breaking down the process, troubleshooting the stretch, and understanding the temperature variables that lead to that perfect, creamy texture. This event is open to anyone in the Curd Nerd community, whether you have been making cheese for years or are just curious about starting your first batch. We will have plenty of high-quality milk on hand, and we will finish the session by sampling our creations together with some fresh bread and local olive oil. It should be a relaxed, hands-on afternoon for anyone who enjoys good food and learning a new kitchen craft. If you are planning to join us, please head over to the event page and click the RSVP button so I can make sure we have enough supplies for everyone. I am looking forward to seeing you there.
