Organizer’s description
Join us for an afternoon of hands-on cheesemaking as we dive into the process of mastering fresh mozzarella. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has experimented with a kit at home, this session is designed to walk you through the science and the technique behind achieving that perfect, stretchy texture. We will cover everything from selecting the right milk to the critical stretching phase that turns curds into a finished ball of cheese. This event is for anyone in the Bromley area who enjoys getting their hands messy and learning a new craft in a relaxed, social environment. We will be working in small groups, so there will be plenty of time to ask questions and troubleshoot common issues. By the end of the day, you will walk away with your own fresh cheese and the confidence to replicate the process in your own kitchen. Space is limited so that we can keep the workspace manageable, so please grab an RSVP if you are planning to come along.
