Metamorphosis Series by x3butterfly Interdisciplinary artist x3butterfly fuses their background in dance with their sonic knowledge, for a full unique, immersive experience. Classically trained since the age of two, x3butterfly utilizes their somatic practice to create a workshop that acknowledges the mind-body connection and elevates the visceral journey through the expansion of breath, movement, and auditory exploration. The workshop will contain elements of meditation, yoga, and dance for a fusion that is meant to cultivate liberation, confrontation, and fun. All levels welcome. With over twenty year of dance experience, x3butterfly intersects their movement history with their career in music, to create an unconventional fusion of wellness and a deeper exploration with the self.
