Group Sound Therapy, Reiki & Meditation

We’ll begin by briefly introducing ourselves and setting an intention for our time together. I’ll then use the large singing bowl along each person’s back, followed by a few minutes on the Trinfinity8 while Sharon works with additional singing bowls, Reiki, and tuning forks. We’ll gently incorporate breathwork and then settle into a guided sound bath, creating space to relax, release, and reconnect with yourself.
