CASTANETS COURSE

Develop your castanets technique and musicality during this friendly five-week course with Maika at El Mundo Flamenco. Across five progressive 45-minute sessions, we will work on the correct placement of the hands and fingers, clarity of sound, coordination, basic rolls, rhythm and simple musical sequences. Each week will build upon the previous session, helping you develop greater control, confidence and independence. The classes are primarily seated and do not involve dancing, making the course accessible to everyone. No previous castanets or dance experience is required.
