**Continuing our Reverse Quarter-Saunter Countdown, today, October 12, we walk from Inwood Hill Park to 96th/Riverside, 8 miles. For the complete loop, join us October 5, 9, 12, and 16.** **TWO! October 12:** The segment from Inwood Hill Park to 96th/Riverside is the second quarter of [May] Great Saunter route. We'll be walking at a moderate pace. **Meeting Place/Time:** Meet Monday, October 12, 2026 at 9 a.m., at Inwood Hill Park, Isham Street and Seaman Ave. Closest subways are the A (207th St.) northernmost exit, and the No. 1 on Tenth Ave. Walk uphill to the park and we'll meet just inside. Restrooms adjacent. No lunch but we'll have a brief snack stop at Little Red Lighthouse. **Bring:** Water, snacks, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
