Class: Project Coaching And Critique

The three hardest parts of a big art project are starting it, seeing it through, and finishing it. This is a structured community coaching and critique session for artists looking to start or currently working on large projects. We would also love to welcome artists working on building and practicing specific skills. Class Itinerary * Introductions. Tell us about yourself and your project * Workshop: Make progress on your project with others, share any obstacles you're facing with each other and the instructor to make a plan for success. * Critique: Share the progress of your project and provide each other positive feedback. Class Details The goal of this class is to enable intermediate artists to start and finish large art projects. Best for intermediate artists. Please bring your preferred tools. Physical and digital tools are both okay. Be ready to share your current progress and work on your project in class. Some project examples include: Illustrations, Installations, Comic Books or Web Comics, Gallery Showings, Poster Design, Visual Design, ETC. NOTE: Due to classroom limitations, we can not host oil painting projects. The ventilation in the classroom does not work well for oil painting chemicals. Class will begin with community introductions. We'd like you to tell us who you are, what you're working on, and what obstacles your facing.
