STG Team Lap Swim🏊Samena

**Details** Samena Swim and Recreation Club – Outdoor Pool! Swimming can be one of the biggest barriers to entry for triathlon, and having a team to tackle it with can be the best way to overcome that challenge and build your skill in the water! Join us on Sunday mornings for a full hour of group swim practice. Our very own Allison Snow and George Ramsdell (and likely many more coaches to come) will be on deck with a workout and guidance to help you improve your swim technique. We are renting three full lanes for one hour, and this event will be limited to 15 participants (5 per lane, circle swimming). You do not need to be a member of Samena Swim Club to attend this event. Plan to arrive early to stow your things in the locker room, then meet on the pool deck by 8:50am. Swimmers will be grouped by pace with a workout provided for each lane. Workouts will incorporate a mix of drills, speed, and endurance work aimed at honing your triathlon swim skills.
