Phonosynthesis: a soundbath with Elly Kace

Phonosynthesis: a sound bath with Elly Kace Join us for an hour of sound practice to tend to your inner world in a radically accepting space. We will begin with gentle breath and vocal toning exercises to restore connection with your deepest self, followed by a guided savasana. Then, relax and receive as Elly Kace channels the sounds of the moment using her voice and seven crystal singing bowls. Each phonosynthesis sound bath is unique to the moment, designed to weave your body into the present so you can nourish your connection with yourself, meeting yourself exactly where you are. Feel free to bring a journal, crystals, malas, and any other comfort objects that will enhance your experience. Led By: Elly Kace Elly Kace (she/they) is a mystic pop artist based in Brooklyn, NY. After decades as an opera singer, Kace has surrendered to vocal channelling as a creative practice. Their Unstruck sound baths and sold-out NYC performances are shaped by the energy of the people in the room, so no two are ever the same. Her latest album, The Seventh Gate, was featured on NPR's New Music Friday. *** Come Early to Elevate Your Experience with Adaptogenic Foods and Teas Reforesters Laboratory is an experimental adaptogenic cafe and sound clinic located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
