This Privacy Policy explains how CliffsList.fun collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use CliffsList.

Information We Collect

• Instagram handle;

• Stories and photos you post;
• people you tag;
• events you save to your Fun List;
• Story responses;

We may also collect technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as device/browser information, IP address, logs, and service usage information.

Location

CliffsList may ask for access to your device location to show nearby events and calculate distances.

We do not require precise location to use CliffsList.

If you grant browser location permission, precise coordinates may be used during your session to provide location-based features.

Our current product is designed so these browser coordinates are not stored as part of your profile.

If precise location is unavailable, CliffsList may use your selected city, neighborhood, or an approximate area to provide location-based results.

Public Information

CliffsList is a social service.

Information you choose to make public may be visible to other users or people visiting CliffsList.

Public information may include:

• display name;
• username;
• age;
• city;
• profile photos;
• bio;
• interests;
• Instagram handle;
• published Stories; and
• Fun List.

Your exact date of birth is not displayed publicly.

You should not post information publicly that you do not want others to see.

Messages and Responses

Messages are intended for conversation participants.

Story responses may be visible to the Story creator and other people where the product clearly indicates that results are shared.

We may process communications as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations relating to the service.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide and operate CliffsList;
• create and manage accounts;
• display profiles and content;
• provide event discovery;
• provide Fun Lists;
• operate Stories and responses;
• provide messaging;
• personalize the experience;
• calculate event proximity;
• provide AI-powered features;
• detect fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• enforce our Terms and policies;
• improve and develop CliffsList;
• communicate with users;
• troubleshoot the service; and
• comply with legal obligations.

AI Processing

Information you submit may be processed by AI systems when you use AI-powered features.

For example, a photo and related Story context may be processed to generate sticker suggestions.

We may use third-party AI service providers to perform this processing on our behalf.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate CliffsList, including providers of:

• hosting;
• databases;
• authentication;
• file storage;
• infrastructure;
• analytics;
• security;
• communications; and
• artificial intelligence.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Third Parties

CliffsList may link to third-party services such as event platforms, ticket providers, Instagram, maps, or venues.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

If our data practices change in a way that creates additional rights under applicable privacy laws, we will provide legally required disclosures and choices.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Age Requirement

CliffsList is for people 18 and older.

We do not knowingly permit people under 18 to create accounts. If we learn that an underage person has provided information through an account, we may remove the account and associated information as appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as CliffsList changes.

When required by law, we will provide appropriate notice.
