Organizer’s description
Welcome to The Zen Artist's Collective! Are you seeking a sanctuary for your creativity? A space where meditation and art intertwine to inspire and uplift? Look no further. The Zen Art Collective is your haven for artistic expression, where the journey of creation becomes a moving meditation. Each session, held at the Zen Art Center, begins with a grounding meditation practice, guiding you to center your mind and open your heart to the flow of inspiration. Under the gentle guidance of Zen Master Sebastian Rizzon, you'll learn to harness the power of meditation as a wellspring of creativity. We’ll be spending some time working on our individual art projects, so please bring something you can work on. There will also be an opportunity to share some of your work with the group if you’d like. Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting your creative journey, our welcoming community is here to support and encourage you every step of the way. Bring your preferred art form—whether it's drawing, painting, digital art, or any other medium—and immerse yourself in a space of shared inspiration and growth. No prior art experience is necessary; all you need is the curiosity to create. Together, we'll explore techniques that bridge the gap between meditation and art, discovering how the process of creation can become a form of moving meditation in itself.
