Enjoy spectacular ocean views while flowing breath to movement in this invigorating, all levels, yoga class that will leave you feeling amazing! 💛WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement. 💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify your yoga practice as needed to stay true to yourself.
