Join Seattle Frontrunners members on Heylo, our official platform, for details about this week's run/walk including attendance, route map, and pace/caboose signups. On Wednesdays, we run (or walk)! Join us for a 3-4 mile run through Capitol Hill on Wednesday evenings, starting at the Black Sun sculpture in front of the Asian Art Museum at Volunteer Park. Afterwards, meet us at Union!
