PLEASE BOOK HERE: https://sportas.co.uk/games/56151 Game Description: Social Volleyball – Low Intermediate A relaxed but competitive volleyball session aimed at low-to-mid intermediate players who already understand the basic rules and want to improve through structured practice and match play. The session will begin with approximately 15–30 minutes of warm-ups and drills, focusing on areas such as passing, serving, setting, movement and general ball control. We’ll also have two experienced volleyball players attending to coach the session, give tips, help organise drills and support players with positioning and technique. After the warm-up, the remainder of the session will be focused on games, giving everyone plenty of court time and a chance to put what they have practised into action. Rules Game Format Teams will normally consist of 7 players. 6 players will be on court at any one time, with 1 substitute. Players will rotate regularly so everyone gets a fair amount of playing time. Standard volleyball rotation will be encouraged. Teams and positions may be adjusted depending on attendance and ability levels. Games are intended to be competitive while still keeping the session friendly and supportive. The experienced players/coaches may pause or guide play where useful to help players improve positioning, rotations or technique.
