This is the last sound bath Kayle and Deborah will hold in the ROKMIL space, and we’d love for you to come celebrate with us. Lie back and tune in to the healing vibrations of singing bowls, flute, tongue drum, ocean drum, and other instruments chosen to carry you into deep relaxation and a state of peace and calm. No experience needed. Just arrive, settle in, and let the sound do the work. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in, as we begin promptly at 7:15 PM. Make it a full relax and restore evening! Michelle Wagman leads Rok yoga in the same space from 6–7 PM, so you can stay right through for the sound bath afterward. Please bring your own yoga mat.
