Organizer’s description

Join storyteller Reuben Morris for a workshop of story, stillness and connection. After a grounding meditation, Reuben will share three traditional stories as a starting point for exploring the role of listening in our lives. Conversations in pairs, group reflection and gentle communication exercises will help us listen more deeply to ourselves and to one another. *About Reuben: Reuben is a Sheffield-based storyteller who has told tales around the country. He has begun sharing ancient myths and fairytales in prisons as tools for reflection, and he has trained in non-violent communication. He also lives in a Buddhist community.* Suggested donation £10 for those who can afford to make a contribution. We are a registered charity.
