Organizer’s description
A Brooklyn Psychedelic Society × Toucan Sounds evening. I'm joining as a guest. 🌀 Izzy Bermudez, M.S., gives a neuroscience lecture that starts with neurons and brain structure and moves toward attention, flow and subjective experience. Movement and sound breaks are built in: I bring live didgeridoo (vibration you feel in the body) and somatic-awareness practices that follow the thread of the lecture. Then Toucan Sounds brings the dance. 5:30pm arrival and adaptogen bar 6:00pm lecture with Izzy, woven with practice 8:00–10:00pm dance with Toucan Sounds 45 South 3rd Street, Brooklyn Tickets are through BPS on Eventbrite.
