Things Product People Don’t Say at Networking Events

Most networking events are good at putting people in the same room. They’re not necessarily good at helping people actually connect. You talk to people you already know. Meet a few new people. Ask what they do. Exchange LinkedIn profiles. Then do roughly the same thing at the next event. This event is designed differently. Through rotating small-group conversations and playful, product-specific prompts, participants will talk about what product and tech people actually think about: the absurdities of the job, hot takes, tensions, fears, failures, and experiences we rarely get past small talk to discuss. The goal is simple: meet people you wouldn’t otherwise meet, have conversations you wouldn’t normally have, and leave feeling more connected to the product and tech community.
