Themed Sound Bath

We run our 90 min soundbath session every Wed 7-8.30pm each week holding a different theme This session is perfect for you if you: • Feel stuck, drained, or disconnected from your confidence • Want to strengthen boundaries and inner trust • Are craving calm, grounding and clarity • Are curious about sound healing, breathwork or energy work ✨ What to expect: A gently guided experience combining breathwork, aromatherapy and sound healing. Soothing frequencies from crystal bowls, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system, and supportive scents to deepen relaxation and release. A safe, welcoming space to rest, reset and reconnect — no experience needed.
