Since 2016, they have performed and recorded together putting their own spin on the music of Jobim, 80's pop classics, jazz standards, and a variety of Holiday songs. Their playful sound and arrangements lend a fresh approach to familiar material, leaving their audiences with a tap in their foot and a smile on their face. The release of their third studio album, A Night Like This, plays to all of their strengths. From the many hats of Mike Doolin laying down multiple guitar and bass tracks to every song, to Jessica Dover's breezy approach to Jobim's melodies, to John Dover's buttery solo work on the flugel horn. The Three Ds deliver a heavy dose of Brazilian jazz along with a couple of American songbook surprises. Their prior releases include, A Little Christmas Nog, and A Little Christmas Nog II: Nog Harder. Their holiday performances take the arrangements from these recordings and deliver them with a nostalgic banter. Add in the sound of their full band and audiences are carried away with a smile on their face and holiday cheer in their hearts. https://drive.google.com/file/d/16OvkjjkMWav-qqXpvyAHNDrI7rTiGm_0/view JLR Seating Map Notes: For this show, you may reserve individual tables on the map pictured.
