The Venue or Event may unilaterally implement health and safety protocols based on updated public health guidance and applicable law. Events are planned at full capacity. You assume all risks arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any disease, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Ticketmaster, Live Nation, The John Gore Organization, Inc., John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc. d/b/a Broadway Across America, the Venue, Presenter, all Events and Event Producers, and their respective affiliates.
