THE PAPER LAMP WORKSHOP ● SPOTLIGHT

🎃 Bring your costume and a bright idea. Design a season-inspired paper lamp, whether spooky, playful, or quietly autumnal. Costumes are encouraged, but optional! 🧩 Design and build your own lamp, play with shapes, get to know the materials, and watch your idea take form with guidance along the way. 🌀 Enjoy a meditative, hands-on process with room for curiosity, experimentation, and personal expression. 🤲 Some comfort working with your hands may be helpful, but no prior experience is required. 💡 Create a functional paper lamp, uniquely handmade by you, with all materials and lighting components included. This October, COMO DEMO takes residence at Artists & Fleas Williamsburg with SPOTLIGHT, a month-long exhibition curated by founder Luciana Pérez. Each workshop ticket includes a $15 credit to spend at the Artists & Fleas market, inviting you to stay, browse, and discover independent makers and vendors after your session. Take time to learn a new skill, create alongside others, and enjoy the satisfaction of making something for your space with your own hands. ARRIVALPlease arrive early or on time, as we’ll all start together. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you should not expect to finish your lamp by the end of class. Entry will not be permitted if you arrive 30 minutes late or later. CANCELLATIONTickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check your calendar before purchasing. Can’t make it? You’re welcome to pass your ticket to a friend.
