Organizer’s description

Have you ever found yourself saying, "I can't do that," "It's too late," "I'm not good enough," or "That's just not possible for someone like me"? But what if those thoughts aren't facts? What if they're simply stories you've come to believe about yourself, your circumstances or what life has to offer? This November, we're coming together to explore *The Book of Possibility* by Jim Curtis, a book that invites us to look beyond our perceived limitations, challenge the beliefs that shape our lives and begin opening ourselves to new possibilities. Places are limited please Rsvp before attending. About the Book *The Book of Possibility* explores how the stories we tell ourselves can influence the way we experience life, the choices we make and the opportunities we allow ourselves to pursue. Sometimes we don't even realise we're living within limitations we've created or inherited. They can come from childhood experiences, relationships, past disappointments, expectations or simply things we've repeated to ourselves for so long that they now feel like the truth. Through reflection and a willingness to look at ourselves differently, we can begin to question these stories and discover that perhaps there is more available to us than we previously imagined. And possibility doesn't always mean making enormous changes.
