Thai Yoga Massage Workshop

*This Workshop will be in our back studio* Thai Yoga Massage Workshop We will explore meaningful movement with another person and gain a new perspective on our practice. In Thai Yoga Massage we learn how to use rhythmic rocking, palming, and thumbing techniques to help move somebody with ease and see how our own body can be moved in return. Often we find the hardest part is receiving this type of movement is allowing somebody else to help us move as we relax into a stretch that we typically only
