Sound Bath + Connection Circle: Emotional Nourishment

Sound bath + connection circle + “emotional nourishment” talk — a little bit community, a lot of vibrations & good energy :) Sound healing is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience that uses organic sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation and overall well-being. As the sound waves move through the space and body, they can help quiet the mind, encourage the nervous system to slow down, and create space for rest and reflection. Sound can travel to places deep within us, moving us in ways that can be difficult to reach otherwise. Depending on the size of the group, sound bowls may be played on somatically on the body in addition to us moving through the space around you with sound. We’ll start with guided connection and discussions around the theme of "emotional nourishment", then shift gears into an immersive sound bath with Jamie & Matty, drawing from their background in somatic and mind-body approaches, energy work, sound therapy, and holistic healing. You don’t have to speak if you're not ready. You can simply listen, meet people, soak up the energy, and let yourself be part of the room and then relax into the sound portion.
