Organizer’s description

Pluto’s Weekly Community Dinner 🪐 Every Thursday · 5:00 PM · Pluto You weren't meant to eat alone. Small Planet Kitchen is a simple ritual for ending the week around a shared table with good food and good people. As much as possible, each meal features locally-grown, farm fresh organic produce from Merkaba Acres. For Pluto Members + their guests. Bring a friend, meet someone new, or just come eat with us. THE MENU: Lemongrass & Herbs 🌿🍚Bright, fresh, and a little bit fiery — just how the end of the week should feel. 🍗🌱 Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken (or Tofu) Vermicelli Bowl Grilled lemongrass chicken or tofu over rice vermicelli, topped with quick-pickled carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, and plenty of fresh herbs — produce courtesy of Merkaba Acres 💚 Vegan/vegetarian option available. Choose your sauce:🥜 Thai Satay Sauce (Vegan/Vegetarian) — peanut, coconut milk, red curry paste, and lime🌶️ Nuoc Cham (Contains Fish Sauce) — Merkaba Acres' hot pepper and garlic, with lime and fish sauce Since we have limited dishes and cutlery on site, if you can, please bring your own plate/bowl/takeout container + cutlery to help us keep things simple and low-waste. 🌱 DIETARY NEEDS We’ll share each week’s menu and any dietary options in advance. Because these dinners are intentionally simple and affordable, we may not be able to accommodate every dietary restriction. If the meal doesn’t work for you, bring your own food and join us anyway. It's about eating together.
