Sensual Dance Flow - Workshop for women

Our souls are like flowers that bloom in the right moment. Each petal represents a different flavour, an essential model that hides a whole universe of experiences, gifts and lessons. Becoming aware of each of these petals is a process of self-knowledge, of embodiment and blossoming. Dancing is a very efficient instrument that allows women to easier tune in with their inherent creativity, with their fluidity, sensuality and essence. In this workshop we will explore together mainly through guided conscious movement, but also through interactive exercises and creative visualisation the fundamental feminine archetypes, allowing them to manifest in and through us. We invite you in this warm and enriching atmosphere where practical insights combine naturally with soulful connection and where you will have the chance to discover some of the wondrous treasures that you hold inside yourself. This workshop will include: - Flexibility and balance exercises - Specific movements of awakening your sensuality in connection with the five subtle elements - Exercises for awakening the main feminine archetypes of the soul - Tools for using conscious dance in your process of growth and self-development - Practical insights for accessing more creativity and inspiration at will You don’t need any previous dance experience, just the thirst of discovering and exploring the richness of your inner feminine universe.
