This isn't a networking event or a traditional social mixer. You won't be expected to be outgoing or to "get connection right." Instead, you'll be invited to participate at your own pace, follow your curiosity, and choose what feels natural and meaningful for you. This full-day experience will include a mix of somatic practices, movement, dance, authentic relating, shadow work, and opportunities for consensual touch . Everything is invitational, and you're always welcome to participate in ways that feel right for you. No previous experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
