Slow down, breathe into your body and connect with others while greeting yourself with compassion, acceptance and curiosity; as we explore gentle movement in a safe environment. Learn techniques to experience both Lunar and Solar energies in the body, inviting expansion through alignment with mind, body, spirit and ether. No experience necessary, join us exactly as you are in each moment & movement! Proceeds go directly to teacher, supporting our mission of equitable pay for queer persons.
