It offers the opportunity to practice in a safe space without judgement, helping you to build confidence and gradually overcome your fear of public speaking. Our meetings take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (excluding public holidays) from 19:00 to 20:30. - What we'll do at our events A typical meeting agenda includes prepared speeches, table topics (impromptu speaking), and evaluations. 1\. Prepared Speeches: * Members prepare speeches in advance, following the guidelines of Toastmasters educational manuals. * These speeches are typically between 5 and 15 minutes long. * Members choose their own topics, but they often relate to the educational manuals. 2\.
