Whitespace Gallery is pleased to present two solo exhibitions by Athens-based artist Kathryn Réfi and Atlanta-based artist Jazmin Marie. Join us on Saturday, November 14th at 6:00 PM for the opening reception of new works by Kathryn Réfi and Jazmin Marie! We’ll be serving hot tea and Cathead Vodka cocktails to keep you warm while you explore the exhibitions. Come by for an evening of new art, sounds by our DJ Terrence, and maybe even a bonfire. We look forward to seeing you there! - Kathryn Réfi’s new body of work transforms elements of the natural world into iridescent, colorful abstractions. A Stone’s Throw explores the relationship between intuition, freedom, and the environment through an experimental process shaped by nature's unpredictable forces. In her first solo exhibition, Jazmin Marie presents a film installation alongside a series of hazy and saccharine oil paintings. Through layered oil paint, softened brushstrokes, and dreamlike imagery, Pink Love evokes a world of idealization and fantasy, drawing on the visual language of consumption and devotion.
