NOTE: WE DECIDED TO SEE THE 140PM SHOWING INSTEAD OF THE EARLIER SHOW -- NOTE WE WILL NOT SEE THE 1240 SHOW ANYMORE -- SORRY!!! WE WILL MEET IN OUR SEATS AT 140 INSTEAD!! LINK FOR the 140 SHOW TO BUY TICKETS. Hey Ladies, Movie Matinee and Post-Bite. NOTE - may I kindly ask for a minimum $1 donation when you come to the event - I'd be grateful as meetup fees have increased greatly over the past several years - this helps defray my costs. We are hitting the theater this Sunday to see You Can See Everything, the wild new A24 movie that is bound to give us *plenty* to talk about over food and drinks afterward. If you love psychological twists, strange real-life dramas, or just a good excuse to get together and dissect a crazy story, you won't want to miss this one. The Quick Scoop This movie is a mind-bending, surreal look at Elizabeth Holmes—the infamous tech founder who became a household name after her multi-billion-dollar medical company, Theranos, turned out to be a complete fraud. At just 30 years old, Forbes named her the youngest self-made female billionaire in the world, estimating her personal fortune at a staggering $4.5 billion. She became a Silicon Valley superstar by promising a revolutionary technology that could run hundreds of medical tests using just a few drops of blood from a simple fingerprick.
