Organizer’s description
AI can do almost everything now. Cool! But if businesses use it to replace every intern and entry-level worker… how is anyone supposed to get experience? In this interactive talk, Kelly Kirk (founder of Kelly Tutors: children's media/edutainment cultural revolution!) will explain how small businesses and startups can create meaningful, education-based internships, even without huge budgets or HR departments. We’ll talk about finding interns, creating worthwhile projects, providing actual mentors
