From this grounded space, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling prompts designed to support intention setting for the weeks ahead and to connect to your authentic voice. As part of our evening ritual, we will co-create a collective herbal bath salt blend infused with intention and seasonal herbs and oils to take home and use during the Full Moon as a personal ritual of reflection, release, and renewal. We will close with a supportive women’s sharing circle. Sharing is always optional — you are welcome to simply listen, receive, and be present. This gathering is open to all women seeking connection, grounding, and intentional self-care in a welcoming and supportive space.
