New Moon Sound Healing — Release & Renew

SIGN UP HERE Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a candlelit evening of sound, stillness, and intention. Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance at Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla for a deeply restorative New Moon Sound Healing inspired by the energy of the Scorpio New Moon—a time to slow down, turn inward, and gently release what you no longer wish to carry. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, settle into an immersive sound journey featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and gongs. Let the vibrations quiet the mind, soften the body, and invite deep rest and reconnection. Come as you are. There is nothing to figure out and nowhere else you need to be. MORE INFO HERE
