Organizer’s description
This is an always free, outdoor, peer-led workout open to all men, rain or shine, centered on rucking and fellowship. Bring a weighted ruck if you have one. If not, just come ready to walk. All fitness levels are welcome. The planned route is 4 miles, but you are welcome to shorten the distance or go at your own pace if needed. A headlamp, flashlight, or cell phone flashlight is recommended, since it will be dark when we start. Please use common sense and take responsibility for your own safety. Bring water, snacks, proper footwear, and any other essentials you may need. This is a peer-led group, not professional training or medical advice. Know your limits, use good judgment, and participate at your own pace. Questions? Text (512) 202-4941 or (915) 474-0466 F3austin.com
