Organizer’s description
Wind + Fire Men’s Circle ### November's Theme: The Rituals of Grief ## About Wind + Fire There was a time when we lived in tribes and communities. We gathered around fires, shared stories, celebrated life, grieved our losses, and supported one another. We understood the importance of belonging, of being witnessed, and of having a place within our community. Somewhere along the way, modern life began pulling us apart. We've become increasingly isolated, disconnected from one another, and sometimes even from ourselves. For many men, the opportunities to express, connect, and simply be themselves have become few and far between. Wind + Fire was created to bring some of that back. Rooted in the traditions of gathering in community, Wind + Fire offers men a space to reconnect with themselves and their brothers. Through ceremony, ritual, movement, chanting, drumming, authentic expression, and shared experiences, we create opportunities to be seen, heard, and supported. This isn't about fixing ourselves or becoming someone different. It's about remembering the importance of community, discovering what already lives within us, and giving ourselves permission to express it. There is no pressure to perform, impress, or have the right words. Every man is welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable. Come as you are. Pull up a chair.
