Organizer’s description
Many women reach midlife having spent decades building elaborate systems to compensate for things they didn't realize were part of their neurodivergent brains. Then something changes: a diagnosis, a career transition, burnout, entrepreneurship, menopause, or simply reaching a point where the old ways of coping stop working. What if the answer isn't to get better at fitting ourselves into existing systems—but to build systems that fit us? Join moderator Holly Bragdon and five late-discovered neurodivergent women—Tricia Smith, Amanda Baker, Kelly Woznicki, and Aspen White—for a candid conversation about using AI to create the scaffolding, structure, thinking support, and accountability their brains actually need. We'll talk about what changed after diagnosis, what disappeared when traditional workplace scaffolding disappeared, where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and what it looks like to make technology adapt to the person instead of the other way around. No AI expertise required. Come curious, leave with ideas you can actually try. Meet the Panel Tricia Smith is an AI business strategist and founder of The Jule Group. A former nonprofit Executive Director with 20 years of experience across organizational leadership, operations, talent, and technology, she helps nonprofits and small businesses redesign how they work with AI while protecting human judgment, culture, and the people they serve.
