Organizer’s description
What happens when one engineer leads thousands of agents for two months? Over one summer, one engineer and 5,440 coding-agent sessions rebuilt a core system end to end. Getting there took a working org chart of agents: orchestrators, leads, implementers, and more reviewers than builders. Some of what we learned goes against habit. The biggest lever wasn’t the smartest model. It was breaking the work down until a fast one could do it. Testing moved to the start. And the engineer’s job became setting the goal, asking why, and deciding what not to build. Not all of it went well. Small, cautious choices compounded until they slowed everything down. We’ll show you that loop too, and the rules we wrote to break it.
