Join us each month for a dedicated practice circle designed to foster deeper connection, mutual understanding, and transformative dialogue that embraces conflict as an opportunity for learning and growth. In this supportive space, we will explore and apply Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and other peacebuilding practices while actively working to disrupt the habits of domination culture and connect to our inherent compassionate nature. Through guided exercises, reflective practices, and open dialogue, we’ll nurture compassion, strengthen communication across divides, and cultivate relationships rooted in mutual respect and collaboration.
