The restaurant has the stairs to his section which will always say" closed" but we are there. If coming up the 2nd staircase by the bathrooms walk past the side facing Walgreens , open the gate which the restaurant keeps closed ( close afterwards as this is NOT open the public) and find us facing Mc Donald's .
