Humble Heart Open Mic

I'll be performing at the Humble Heart Open Mic in Ocean Beach on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Anyone is welcome to come on down if you want to perform or just want to listen and support local music. It's been a few years since I was there and I don't remember if they allow poetry, spoken word or comedy. So you may want to check with them ahead of time if that's your jam. Humble Heart is a thrift store by day and a live music venue by night! They also have a music school! There is a $5 cover charge for the open mic (both performers and audience members) but it's a good cause. You can purchase tickets through their website or just pay in cash at the door. My friend knows a ton of places to eat in the area and we can grab a late dinner or snack after if anyone is interested. https://www.theheartob.com/
