(This event is part of The Fall of Happy Town - a group that hosts regular and affordable ways to hang out. To check out more, visit our Happy Town Luma calendar.) "This is a walk I've wanted to do for a very long time now. The Humber River is underappreciated as a natural getaway within the city, and walking almost its entire length while watching the leaves change is sure to be a fantastic way to spend a day. Join me Sunday November 15th, as I embark on an almost 30km journey between Humber College Lakeshore Campus, and Humber College North Campus." The Route The route will be a meandering trail through the Humber River watershed, with a few stops in between. We'll begin by walking along the shore of Lake Ontario until we reach the mouth of the river. From there, we will head north, staying on the trail as much as possible. Each stop will follow with a short 30 minute break for people to rest, eat, recover, and head home if they need to. Please note that due to the lengthy nature of this walk, we will be adhering to a strict schedule and will not be going over to 30 minute break time.
