Organizer’s description
Let's gather for a bite or a drink, at the always delightful *Night Kitchen* at the bottom of Chestnut Hill, but really, to meet and connect, before heading over together to join the Samhain Circle at the *Chestnut Hill Meeting House.* Help me find events that are fun for folx interested in witchy things and we will make "Gather before..." a way to hang out and get to know each other. Samhain Circle with Katy Hawkins and Sara Jolena Wolcott This event is offered through *The Center for Centering*. Please note: The Samhain Circle event is a paid event. I am going to provide all the information here. I recommend getting your tickets right away as I suspect they will sell out before Friday. The venue is magnificent and both of the gals running this event are delightful and have followings :) Samhain Circle Gather in the potent dark of the year for an evening of somatic movement, communal song, and nature-based ritual as we honor Samhain—the ancient Celtic turning of the wheel where the veil between worlds grows thin. Sara Jolena’s teaching and writing orbits around eco-spirituality, with an emphasis on decolonization. We’ve long been eyeballing one another’s work, and she recently reached out to say she’d be in town over this powerful, auspicious Halloween weekend! Please come join a gathering with these two animist Quakers. We will circle up to connect deeply with the living earth, the shifting seasons, and the unseen forces that support us.
