Film & Philosophy: For those who hate small talk and love big questions!

A new social experience for people who hate small talk and love big questions! Get your Event Ticket here! Needed for entry: https://luma.com/k7rezm7p It’s easy to imagine we’d do the right thing. But how much do our choices depend on having enough money, security—or options? This Halloween, join Recess Revival for an evening of unexpected connections and morally complicated conversations inspired by Parasite. Blending dark comedy, suspense and social commentary, the film gives us plenty to explore about ambition, privilege, belonging and a slightly uncomfortable question: Would we judge people differently if we understood what their choices cost them? Then, we’ll put our own ideas of fairness to the test: Would you choose the same rules if you didn’t know who you would be? Come curious. Leave knowing a few new people—and perhaps questioning something you thought you had figured out. What you’ll experience: 🎬 Selected film clips that give everyone a shared starting point. We’ll introduce the characters and context you need to join the conversation. 💬 Guided small-group conversations, with a group remix so you can meet more people! There’s room to disagree, change your mind or simply listen. ✉️ A playful and thrilling moral challenge. Make the rules before discovering your place in the world you’ve created. Would you still stand by them? Haven’t seen Parasite?
