Sound frequency is a powerful healing modality that heals on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. By listening to certain frequencies our body responds by starting to vibrate in a more harmonious way which can promote well-being, state of bliss and joy and deeper relaxation as you allow yourself to be taken to higher realms of consciousness. This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to align you with your highest frequency.
