Small-group meditation with a short reading followed by a 30-minute silent meditation.
Small group meditation: we begin between 5:45 and 6:00 pm with a short reading, then we move into a 30 minute silent meditation. Group meditation enhances and spreads positive energy, relaxation, and a connection to our divine truth. We meet every Thursday except holidays.
