There will also be a reading from the prolific actor Stephen Lang (Avatar). . Purchase your tickets for this event via the Symphony Space website, your rsvp to this Meetup event is not enough. Use the code *Hal* at checkout to get your ticket at the special discount price of $15. Get your tickets asap, this event will sell out! . Our Book Club read *2001: A Space Odyssey* in 2024 and loved it. If you have not had the pleasure, I highly recommend picking it up. The novel was written by Clarke concurrently with Stanley Kubrick's writing of the film. It weaves in and out of what you've seen on screen, crafted by one of the great literary minds of our time. We'll likely discuss 2001 more at our Open Signal virtual event on November 12th. Thanks again to Symphony Space for inviting us to this really interesting event! Jon & Meghan
