Organizer’s description

Learn skills and techniques to calm conflict and de-escalate high tension situations. This skillshare will walk you through fundamental principles of awareness and disclosure, self-regulation, and emotional mirroring language. These principles apply to emotionally elevated, high-stress settings such as customer service, volunteer work, and protest actions. The skillshare will engage participants in a facilitated, non-hierarchical discussion group in which all are encouraged to share their experiences, their strategies, and their support with one another. Powerpoint slides will be available for download. No supplies or experience needed. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1qQ7RicBCdNh5LdYMJx8f1NxwgbrAKlLw95fjea2iECk/
