D&D 5e Open game for Beginners at Urban Family Brewing 2026

This is our weekly drop-in/out game for new players. Our focus is teaching D&D 5th Edition to new players or players returning to learn 5th Edition. We'll also help players learn to DM if they want to try their hand at it. (I'm mostly familiar with the legacy 2014 rules.) We will be managing the RSVP/Wait List in favor of new players over players who have been with us for over 1 year AND/OR players attending other weekly D&D 5e public play games. If you're a visitor to our Emerald City, let us know, you may get a jump on the Wait List! Ideally, in that year, you'll learn the game basics, make some friends, and find a home group. I do not use the MeetUp paid Priority system, you CAN RSVP without paying for a Meetup membership. Be sure you have your Profile set to alert you when you're confirmed for an event, when you receive messages from the Event Hosts, and comments in the event. To avoid NO SHOWS, failure to respond to my direct message to confirm your status will result in being removed from the event. RSVP for each event will open two weeks before the event date. Please keep your RSVP up to date. If you're on the Wait List and make other plans, be sure to change your RSVP. If you No Show us, you will be removed from future events in this series. Be aware that Meetup sometimes has a delay on their notifications, so BE SURE to check your Wait List status on the app or website.
